Wow what a house and location. Sit on the deck in the afternoon and watch the dolphins swim past. The beach is 4m from the house and super kid friendly. My stay at Sandy Point was pure bliss. A quite calm street tucked away with clear water views. Close enough to shops but still tucked away. House was very big, easily slept 9 people with room to spare. Beds are very comfortable with aircon and fans. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! My girlfriends and I were looking to escape the city for a few days, and this place exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and peaceful it was. The house itself is stunning — spotless, stylish, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. There’s so much to do! We spent our days paddle boarding, kayaking, playing games, and just soaking in the relaxed vibes. The location couldn’t be better. Our stay at Sandy Point was nothing short of exceptional. I recently stayed at the Sandy Point Beach house and absolutely loved my time there. The house was equipped with a range of amenities which made our stay comfortable. In particular, the kitchen contained everything we needed to ensure cooking was convenient and easy. The location was both beautiful convenient with cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores at your fingertips through Nelson bay being a 5 minute drive or beautiful 15 minute walk along the beach path. We found the layout of the house really convenient. A mix of bedrooms containing double and single beds makes this perfect for families, while the indoor and outdoor living areas make the place really relaxing. 10/10 perfect stay !! We had the most cosy and comfortable winter getaway at the Sandy Point Beach House. There were plenty of activities to do around Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, however we adored spending time in the house looking out towards the water. I recently stayed at Sandy Point Beach House with a group of friends, and it was an incredible experience! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the living areas were spacious and perfect for relaxing together. The location couldn't have been better— right on the beach, where we spent most of our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. The outdoor patio area was a great spot for bonfires and watching the sunset. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, Sandy Point Beach House exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable trip with friends. Sandy Point Beach House is truly the perfect spot for a weekend away! The house itself is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need - made for an extremely relaxing weekend enjoying the amazing view and time with friends.
